Leadership call is a future vision of a better life that you want to share with others to follow and make whatever it takes in order to achieve it!  So, how to find it out, how to formulate it?  I will share with you my signature formula of leadership call methodology "PICK", which helped many people during my practice to find their leadership message and inspiration to lead others.  First of all, do not start with a message that fits others' expectations. This is 100% a failure path. Always start from your heart!  1. Think about a few critical problems that exist in our society, something that makes you feel furious, curious,  excited,  compassionate, etc. Don't be scared to think big, you can always narrow down the problems later and find something specific that you will be able to contribute.  Leaders are all around us: in mass media, in meeting rooms, in universities, hospitals, metro, etc. and when we think about various leaders I bet you might find 2 quite clear polarities in today's world:  - leaders that inspire - and leaders that order - leaders that care - and leader who care to be right - leaders that listen - and leaders who pay mass-media to push their agenda. Either you see a leader that inspires with new revolutionary ideas, helping others around to develop and grow, or you see narcisistic leaders that thing they are always right and the others are fulls. How to succeed as a team against a more powerful team?

 Very often sports competitions are the best environment to simulate a business case, therefore when I was listening to Robert Cadonau & Bjorn Jilsen's book "Leadership Strategy and Culture" I liked a story about Swedish handball team. Before finals with Soviet Union team (one of the best team at that time), they decided to skip the training and instead went to one of the player's house to discuss how each of the players feels about the upcoming game. This step is very important after leadership and strategy in getting the commitment of each stakeholder to succeed. The attitude can either make it through no matter what challenges people meet on their way or break the spirit down.  In that particular conversation that happened in the Swedish handball team, the belief of the players has been split in two. Self-leadership is not equal to self-improving.

           I always was thinking that self-leadership is equal to self-improving. And it’s not wrong, but part of its meaning was interpreted wrong by me. Let me explain. Что значит любить себя? Для меня "любить себя", значит уважать и ухаживать за собой, взращивая лучшую версию себя! К сожалению, многие люди не до конца осознают, если они любят себя или нет и от этого зависит качество их жизни, то как к ним относятся окружающие и даже, тот успех, которого они достигли за свою прожитую жизнь. Чтобы понять любите ли вы себя или нет, ответьте искренне на следующие вопросы: 1. Достаточно ли вы  ухаживаете за собой,  чтобы взрастить шикарную женщину или мужчину в этом теле, которыми хочется восхищаться, подражать и защищать? 2. Когда вы что-то делаете: в осхищаетесь ли вы своим прогрессом  или критикуете себя? Чего больше? 3. Называете ли вы себя  приятными словами?  Например, " я- счастливчик", " я - звезда", "я - такая прекрасная мама", " я офигенные профессионал" и т.д.? Или все больше "обзываете" себя, как "вот, я идиот", "какой же я дурак".. и т.д.
